A career test seeks to test the abilities, aptitudes, and skills
of an individual and to determine what the particular interests
of that individual are. Such tests help to know where a person
stands in relation to others in the competitive environment for
a Job Search. Your actual level of knowledge and your personality
may also be evaluated.
Career Tests come in all different types; some with a price tag
and some free of charge. Some sites issue certificates for tests
that have been administered. Some tests have to be taken online
and some can be downloaded to be submitted within a certain time
frame. After you submit your test, you will be evaluated and your
result displayed on an online score sheet. A lot of sites offer
you a hard copy certificate of your test score. There may be multiple
choice questions, questions based on graphics, spatial thinking
or abstract questions, scientific or mathematical questions and
questions to test language skills and creative skills and many
others.
The Monster Jobs site also offers a bunch of Career Tests and
quizzes to evaluate your own self. Sites such as Monster Jobs

required for each of these jobs. Tips for networking within industry,
